If the package/item does not appear to be to a correct standard then please refuse the delivery. Once items have been posted it will be the courier who is liable for their delivery, if delivery is not met by the estimated timescale, this will need to be raised with the courier, who may allow up to 2 weeks before a claim for loss and damage can be made.
