If the package/item does not appear to be to a correct standard then please refuse the delivery. Once items have been posted it will be the courier who is liable for their delivery, if delivery is not met by the estimated timescale, this will need to be raised with the courier, who may allow up to 2 weeks before a claim for loss and damage can be made. The Products are at your responsibly when they have been delivered. If items are delivered to a "safe place" we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the products , which may occur from being delivered to your "safe Place".

This oil is so nice, I put a few drops in my diffuser and it's lovely. I also brought the Persian Spice which is also gorgeous. Nicely boxed so would make a nice present.
