Once products are delivered Lavish Lodge Interiors will not be liable for the aftercare and condition of products once used. Returns of refunds will not be issued if an error has been made when placing your order, unless we are notified straight away before delivery is made.

To initiate a return, please send an email to lavishlodgehome@gmail.com. In the email, kindly provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions for the return.
4. Return Approval and Instructions:
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you the necessary information on how to proceed with the return. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure a seamless return process.
5. Return Shipping and Insurance:
Please note that return postage costs are not covered by Lavish Lodge Interiors. We recommend using a fully insured and tracked shipping method to send the item back to us. This will help ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.

Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the item for any damages or if the wrong item has been sent. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is still in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. In case the item is not available, a full refund will be issued to you.
7. Custom Orders and Sale Items:
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery. Additionally, sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
8. Exchanges:
Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above to return your item. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
9. Packaging and Secure Return:
All returns must be sent back in their original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure that the item is packaged safely and adequately to avoid any additional damages. Please return items back to the shipping address given by us, when you initiate your return
